Condolence: Thinking of you and your family as the anniversary of Gerry's passing approaches.

Condolence: I am sorry for your loss, my memories of her are from when I was a child and she babysat for me. I knew her as Gerry Breen, I was a terrible brat, but she was kind to me anyways. May GOD rest her soul in peace and one day may you all meet in a better place :)

Condolence: Losing our dearest lake friend will forever change our summers. Tennis, hot dog Friday's, boat rides and watching her canoe around, sitting by the fire pit watching her grandchildren reading spooky stories and roasting marshmallows and hot dogs and growing up, all things that always now carry the spirit of Gerry. To our lady bug and our original Glen Lake Girl, you will be with us always. Travel safe my friend.

Condolence: My sincere sympathies to Gerry's daughter and sons. Gerry and I grew up together-her on Spring St.-me on Hudson. Our Mothers were close friends.

Condolence: When I joined the Bodette family I soon realized that Mrs Bodette lived for her children. It did not take me long to see the amazing bond she had with my husband, Drew. The long hugs the two of them had in the hallway for no reason, except pure love. She was a wonderful mother Inlaw. What I loved about her was that she was so easy going and went along with most anything even if it meant spoiling Drew. Some of my favorite memories are from when my boys were babies and she was so content and patient. She loved holding them and even after 3 hours of the colicky one she still didn't need a break. I also love the many memories at the lake with my boys, their cousins and of course Grammie. Thank you Mrs Bodette for the wonderful years and for the amazing children you have left behind. I will cherish them in your absence.

Condolence: My sincerest condolences to Gerry's family and friends on the loss of such a special woman. As a long time patient of Dr Leach and myself a tenant at Irongate Center we had many chats over the years--not only in her nursing capacity but as a lovely compassionate human being who was very supportive of me when I too was widowed young. Her caring meant so much to me as I hope my own few words of kindness might mean to you.

Condolence: To Steve and family - I didn't see your mom very often in recent years, but I remember her kindness and strength whenever I saw her, especially in light of the untimely passing of your dad. She was a great person and I'm sure you'll have many fond memories of her to help you cope with her passing.

Condolence: I grew up with Gerry on Second St. and remember many wonderful times. We reconnected in the last several years. I will miss our lunches and get togethers with the "Hood" of SFG. She was truly a wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers are with you, her family.

Condolence: carol, mario, vinny, gigi, and allie - it was a long battle and you all fought it with grace and courage. your mom was a warrior and bravely faced whatever was put in front of her with a smile. i never heard her feel sorry for herself. she was an amazing woman and you were all very blessed to have her in your lives. the tears and heartache you have now only indicate the enormity of her presence in your lives. someone that special leaves a big hole. no words can take away your pain - we can only trust that the tears you shed will help wash away your grief and leave you with warm and cherished memories. hold each other close. love - jennifer&darryl

Condolence: Our family lived up the street from the Bodette's, on Jackson Avenue. Gerry's late husband, Dickie,was our neighbor and hero as children. He gave me his basketball backboard and rim, which my father, Tony, and uncle Red Cottrell, immediately put up. His death was a shock as Gerry's. Peace, Frank Johns
