Ellen Patricia Palmer, 86, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by her family.
Born September 18, 1928, to the late Edward Leo Hynes and Ellen (Fitzpatrick) Hynes of Coxsackie. She was predeceased by her the love of her life her husband, Roy N. Palmer, and her two twin brothers John Paul and Thomas Earl Hynes. Ellen was an active member of St. Joseph’s Church in Fort Edward. She was a loving mother with a kind heart. Ellen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her brother, Edward L. Hynes Jr. and wife Margie of Plattsburg, son’s Roy E. Palmer and wife Bonnie of Plattsburg, John Palmer and wife Holly of Brant Lake, Peter Palmer and his wife Mary Lou of Brant Lake, Steven Palmer and his wife Sharon of South Glens Falls, 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:30pm on Monday, August 24, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Church 164 Broadway Fort Edward, NY 12828 with Rev. Thomas Babiuch, officiating.
Burial will follow at the Brant Lake Cemetery 6694 State Route 8, Brant Lake, NY 12815.
Donations in Ellen’s memory may be made to St. Joseph’s Church 164 Broadway Fort Edward, NY 12828.
