Helen M. (Baker) Dixon, 73, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 at her home. A Memorial service will be conducted at 10am on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY. Arrangements are in the care of the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828.
