Wyatt M. Taylor, 39, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at his home.

Born September 13, 1977 in Yakima, WA, he was the son of James Taylor and his wife Jill, and Candace Taylor.

Wyatt graduated from Red Hook High School. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He loved everything having to do with fishing and especially loved to teach others how to fish. His favorite fishing holes included Kaydeross Creek and the Salmon River. He also enjoyed mud bogging and skiing.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Aletheia (Mersereau) Taylor, his children; Leo Taylor and Keira Cole, his parents; Jim and Jill Taylor and Candace Taylor, his brother Trapper Taylor and his wife Jennifer, his nieces; Arwen and Serena Taylor, his grandmother Vi Avery, as well as several aunts and uncles.

Friends may call from 4-6pm on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 123 Main Street, Argyle, NY 12809. A celebration of Wyatt’s life and a sharing of memories will be conducted at 6pm at the funeral home following calling hours.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests memorial donations in Wyatt’s name be made to Wyatt’s son, Leo Taylor at any SEFCU branch.
