Carolyn Louise Galloway

Carolyn L. Galloway, 58, passed away on the evening of Saturday, April 22, 2017 in the comfort of her own home surrounded by the unconditional love and care of her two sisters with the support of hospice.

She considered her coworkers to be an extended family.

She was also a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Fort Edward.

Carolyn was a past member of the booster club for the Adirondack Red Wings and was an avid Rangers and Yankees fan. Most of all, she will be remembered for her complete love of her family where she was often known to be the family photographer. She did everything together with them, including enjoying holidays together, traveling together on cruises, vacations to Myrtle Beach, and recently going on an unforgettable family vacation to Disney World.

She is survived by her two sisters, best friends and caregivers, Claire Sullivan and her husband Richard, and Elizabeth Roberts and her husband Gary, her nieces; Anne Marie Soltis and her husband David, Amy Mishoe and her husband Tony, and Kristine Nailor and her husband Marc, her nephews, Michael Roberts and his wife Sara and Mark Roberts and his wife Marci, her great nieces and nephews whom she loved beyond measure; Ryann Soltis, Ashley and Alisa Mishoe, Jillian, Brooke and Drew Nailor, Brendan, Lauren, and Corinne Roberts, and Joshua, Drew and Grace Roberts, as well as her special companion, her cat Pepper. Carolyn is also survived by a third sister, Kathleen Olivan and her husband Joseph and family.

Friends may call from 4-6pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803.
