Condolence: Chuck, Jeff and family.
Patti was ALWAYS there for me...to listen, give advice or support.
She was one of the most giving people I know taking time for others from finding facts to taking days or weeks making little boxes of goodies for co-workers for Christmas. Making blankets, hats, sweaters, mittens all to be given to someone.
As I get ready to say farewell to her today feel honored that SHE called me friend.

Condolence: Charles and Jeffery, I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Patti was so proud of her son Jeffery. Although I did not know Jeff well, I feel that I’ve known him for years. Patti would always share her most proud moments of her son with me and there were many. Patti had the biggest heart of anyone I’ve known, she always thought of others before herself. Patti had a great sense for when someone needed their spirits lifted. She always knew what to say and if that didn’t work, she went to her fallback position and you would have a cake waiting for you the very next day. Patty knew what my favorite cake was because she baked me a cake for my birthday for most of the years we worked together, so when she sensed things were stressful at work she would stop me in the hallway, cafeteria or my office and say “I know what you need, yellow cake with chocolate frosting”. It would always make me laugh and I knew the cake was coming the next day. This may seem like a silly story but this is what comes to mind when I think of Patti, selfless and thoughtful. Patti was a loyal employee, peer, colleague but most of all a loyal friend. Patti was my biggest fan which I’m sure I did not deserve but I was hers also which I know she deserved.
