Obituary for Nicole Michelle Burch (Perry)

HUDSON FALLS

Nicole M. (Perry) Burch, 38, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She had fought a very courageous battle with cancer for seven years. Throughout that time she remained optimistic and was always courteous and respectful of others, never complaining of her pain. Her children kept her brave and gave her strength.

Born September 14, 1979 in Glens Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Deb and Felix H. Perry III.

Nikki was loving and kind and was a devoted mother. She adored spending time with her children and could always be found at their sporting events including their softball, baseball and soccer games. Nikki also enjoyed cooking, watching the kids ride dirt bikes and ATVs, and playing with her chocolate lab. Whatever her family was doing, Nikki was guaranteed to be there enjoying the fun. Nothing was more important to her than her family.

Nikki was predeceased by her grandmother Joyce Baldwin, her grandfather Skip Perry, and her nephew Aiden Perry.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband James Burch, her children; Chloe Kilmartin, Dillon Kilmartin, and James Burch Jr., her parents; Felix and Deb Perry, her grandmother Donna Perry,her grandfather Fred Baldwin, her brothers; Jeremy Perry and companion Toni Kenyon, and Eric Perry and wife Nicole, her father-in-law James Burch Sr. and companion Betty, her mother-in-law Sharon LaFlamme and her husband Chris, her cousin and best friend Sarah Barhorst, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her beloved dog Jaxson.

Friends may call from 12-2:30pm on Monday, September 25, 2017 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30pm at the funeral home following calling hours.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to High Peaks Hospice for their kindness, compassion and excellent care during this difficult time. They also wish to thank all their friends who provided meals and support.
