The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Gerald Birnbaum can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: So so sorry to hear of the Passing of Jerry, I was his next door neighbor on Reynolds Road. I was also his Baby sitter from around 1957 to 1959 after school and during the summers.
He became like my little brother . I lost touch with him when I went off to Nursing school. I had tried several times looking for him on the internet when I lived in AZ as his mom had said he lived in CA. but was unable to locate him.
I now live in NC and was looking at my old home on google map when Jerry's house showed up. I went to see if I could again locate him and found this Obituary notice.
I do hope he had a wonderful life. So sorry his family lost him so soon. Enjoy all his memories I know I will.
