The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Victoria Delaware can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: My sincerest condolences to all of Vicky’s family. I have known Vicky since childhood as our families were neighbors and friends going back to my grandparents generation. Despite many many years of distance in our lives, I value the generations of connection between our families and hold a very warm place in my heart for Vicky. I am so sorry for your loss and for all her years of illness.
