Linda Susan (Degnan) Gagliardi, 54, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the Glens Falls Hospital with her family by her side.

Born April 27, 1963 in Glens Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Barbara (Barney) Hart and the late Gerald Degnan.

Linda was employed in risk management at Glens Falls National Bank where she very much enjoyed working for the last 13 years. She always spoke fondly of her job and her coworkers.

Besides spending time with her family, Linda enjoyed reading and playing on her computer. She was her mother’s “Susie-Q”. Linda was always willing to help anyone who needed it, and she was known to be the family historian. She loved making memory calendars for her family every year with all of the family photos.

In addition to her father, Linda was predeceased by her brother, Michael Degnan and her stepfather, Robert Hart.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Barbara Hart, her brothers; Tim Degnan, Stephen Degnan Sr. and his wife Tammy, and Jay Degnan and his wife Sandy, her nieces; Silkaya, Sarahann, Carolyn, Jacquelan, and Lexie, her nephews, Stephen Jr., Dusty and Mikey, and her great-nieces and nephews; Brayden, Lily, Liam and Scarlett.

Friends may call from 4-6pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803.

A Funeral Service will follow calling hours at 6pm with Rev. Al Rose of the Maranatha Bible Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will be in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, South Glens Falls.

Memorial donations in Linda’s name can be made to the American Heart Association, Northeast Region, 4 Atrium Dr, Suite 100, Albany, NY 12205.
