The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Delaware can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: We got to know Bill & Vicky as neighbors, living on Gentry Lane. We enjoyed conversations with both Bill and "the cat lady," when Vicky would push Meesha in her stroller. Bill often spoke to me about his dedicated, loving daughter, Beth AND the fact that she helped him to care for Vicky, when he just was not able to do so. I admired how Bill accepted the trials which he was faced in his life, with no complaining.
