Condolence From: John and Karen Confer
Condolence: I do remember vividly canoeing with "SOFA", an aluminum Grumman that was named SOFA in stead of a soaf to sit in inside the living room. I think Bert and Grace had hundreds of nights sleeping well after a day on their SOFA. O, that we should all be so lucky as to have our SOFA together.

Condolence: Dear Lord, Thank you for sharing Grace with us. She was a beautiful lady, always smiling and showed her love for the Lord in all her actions. She lived the meaning of her name. Miss you. Love and Prayers to all the families. Amen

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are being lifted up for the family members of Grace. The few times that I visited Bert and Grace when they lived in Marathon NY will always be pleasant memories for me. May she rest in peace and the family comforted in knowing that she is in the arms of our loving Savior. She certainly ministered to many people here on earth and for that I am thankful! God Bless!

Condolence: Grace

Who’s Grace is captured daily, with ne’er ill will or strife; an ode to Christian values, our matriarch and wife

What Grace to share so wholly; with paint, moss, and pen; or behind a grand piano, what a heart can hold within

When Grace would share our table, her name a rally cry; such joy in sharing smiles, and every tear we cry

Where Grace and Bert could take your soul, no adventure left undone; merriment recorded with two lives shared as one

Why Grace left us slowly, her soul too kind to fall; an unrelenting happiness, ‘I love you’ earned by all

A chronicle to share each day, no questions left to face; of life not just worth living, but one deserving Grace
