Mildred Mae McNall passed away on her 91st birthday, Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on June 12, 1927, in Wirt, NY she was the daughter of the late William and Susie (Greene) Atkins.

Mildred was a 1945 graduate of Wellsville High School. She married Oliver B. Taylor after high school, they spent 45 years together until his passing in 1990. In 1997, she married Bruce E. McNall, they were married for 9 years until his passing in 2006.

She was a member of the Wellsville Calvary Baptist and Bolivar Methodist.

Mildred enjoyed sewing, which she made quilts for family, the South High Marathon Dance, S.P.C.A. and other animal shelters. For over 30 years she owned and operated Mickey’s Homemade Candies with her sister, Gert. She loved spending time with her extended family and friends. There were many fond memories made on grandma’s front porch.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was predeceased by her siblings, Herbert Atkins, Gertrude (Stewart) Irvin, Beatrice Radcliff, Dorothy Webb, Wayne Atkins and Betty Donovan; and her daughter, Linda Sue.

Left to cherish her memory includes her sister, Barbara Atkins of Rochester, NY; her children, Diana Doyle and her husband, Roger of South Glens Falls, Oliver “Red” Taylor and his wife, Billie of Rush, NY and Brenda Barkley and her husband, Ben of Spencerport, NY; her grandchildren, Fred (Heather) Bartlett, Mark Bartlett, Julieanne (William) Pliscofsky, Sherri (Thomas) McMillan, Travis James “T.J.” McMillan, Sharon (Kevin) Stockman, Wendy Sexton, Charles Taylor, Sarah (Bruce) Vander Weit and Jennifer Barkley; her great-grandchildren, Fred, Rachael, Noach, Ayralynne, Kristopher, Heather, Kaleb, Niko, Bryanna, Alec, Isabella, Caleb, Nathan, Jordan, Amanda, Jaclyn and Stephen; her great-great-grandchildren, Amelia, Jayden, and one on the way, Elizabeth; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. William Tedesco for allowing Mildred to fulfill her wishes to remain at home. They also wish to thank her niece, Jan Haggerty, for everything she has done.

A Funeral Service will be conducted following the calling hours at the funeral home with Loren Gage, pastor of the Kingsbury Wesleyan Church, officiating.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
