Dear Joan, Tom, Johnny, Mike and families: We were so sorry to hear of By's passing. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. We don’t know where to start, or stop, in recalling all of the wonderful things that we might say about By. He was so witty, and generous, and intelligent, and under-stated, and fun.
