Margery Anne (Turner) Mondoux, 88, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Pines Nursing Home.

Born on April 15, 1929 in Fort Edward, she was the daughter of the late Duane and Hazel (Haviland) Turner Sr.

Marge was Fort Edward High School graduate. She worked as a supervisor at Continental Insurance Company until her retirement.

On September 21, 1947 Marge married William J. Mondoux Jr. at St. Mary’s Church in Glens Falls.

Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Marge enjoyed reading, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and her girls’ day out with her daughter.

In addition to her parents, Marge is predeceased by her siblings, Duane Turner Jr. and Elizabeth Turner.

Left to cherish her memory include her husband of 70 years, William; her children, William J. Mondoux III and his wife, Linda of Farmington, MI, Deborah LaFrance and her husband, Wayne of Whitehall, Keith Mondoux and his wife, Marilyn of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Michael LaFrance and his wife, Jennifer of Brockport, Elizabeth LaFrance and her fiancé, Michael Hathway of Whitehall, Daniel LaFrance of Saratoga, Thomas Mondoux and his wife, Michiko of San Diego, CA, David Mondoux and his wife, Jennifer of Clinton Township, MI; her great-grandchildren, Carter LaFrance, Avery Hathway, Aaron Mondoux and Claire Mondoux; her brother, Leon Turner and his significant other, Jane; her sister-in-law, Colette Turner; and several nieces.

Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
