Obituary for Carol Faye Harrington

Carol Faye Harrington, 80, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.
Born on June 10, 1943, in Corinth, she was the daughter of the late Leland and Marion (Ellis) Ormsby.
For 38 years, Carol worked for GE in Fort Edward, during her time there she worked many jobs.
Carol enjoyed crocheting, spending time with her children, grandchildren and all their trips seeing the country. She also enjoyed spending time with her sisters.
In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her husband, Arvid “Bud” Harrington; her siblings, Raymond Ormsby, Phillip Ormsby and David Steele.
Left to cherish her memory include her children, Arvid “Chip” Harrington II and his wife, Pamela, Beth Batchelder; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Vicki Healy, Mabel Walker and Mark Steele; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
At Carol’s request there will be no calling hours. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
