Born on Feb. 11, 1941 in Augusta, GA, he was the son of Mary (Taylor) Flores of Queenbury and the late Frank Flores Sr.

Besides his father, he was also predeceased by his brother, Frank Flores Jr. his niece, Jodi Lynn Moffitt.
