Charles Leonard Jordon (Chuck), 82, passed away Tuesday May 26, 2015 after a long struggle with Alzheimers.

Born in Hague, on February 25, 1933, he was the son of the late Riley and Henriettta (Morehouse) Jordon.

He lived most of his life in Hague until he and his wife of 65 years moved to Glens Falls to open their own restaurant; North Country Pizzeria.

Chuck was a passionate man who enjoyed basketball, farming, gardening, square dancing and peeling potatoes (50-100 lbs. /day) for the restaurant homemade mashed potatoes and french fries.

Besides his parents, Chuck is predeceased by his son, Roger Alan; his daughters, Cynthia Jean and Silvia Mae; his brothers, Ernest, Curt, Calvin, Robert, Donald, and Arthur; his sisters, Regina, Sarah, Ruth and Audrey.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mable (Stacy) Jordon of Glens Falls; his daughters, Susan Granger and her husband Clem of Putnam Sta., NY, Patricia Paquette and husband Larry of Brandon, VT, Brenda Jordon and Stacy Jordon both of Glens Falls; his sons, Lawrence Jordon and significant other Mary Garner of Minerva, Charles Jordon and partner Jeff Ryan of Albany, Neil Jordon of Queensbury, and Steven Jordon, of Glens Falls; his brothers Alan Jordon and Merlin Jordon both of Florida and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

At Chuck’s request there will be no calling hours.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday June 1, 2015 at M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home 82 Broadway Fort Edward, NY 12828 with Arthur Butler, Pastor Full Liberty Fellowship, Albany, NY, officiating.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
