David Mayotte, previously David O’Hara, 69, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021, at Saratoga Hospital.
Born on May 11, 1952, he was the son of Doris (Mingo) O’Hara and the late Lawrence O’Hara.
Left to cherish his memory include his siblings, Kevin O’Hara, Colleen O’Hara- Fultz and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At David’s request, there will be no calling hours.
Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
