Donald W. “Goodwrench” Mattison, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 15, 2012 at Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Cambridge, NY on December 18, 1952, he was the son of Shirley (Greaves) Mattison and the late Don Carlos Mattison.

On September 28, 1985, Donald married the love of his life Christine Graham at the Methodist Church in Argyle.

Donald loved spending time with his family and friends and was looking forward to meeting his two new grandchildren. He enjoyed farming, going to classic car shows, hunting, bowling, was an avid NASCAR fan, he enjoyed racing cars, listening to country music and was known for his sarcasm.

Throughout Don’s life, he enjoyed and took pride in working at BJ Farms, Hi-Brow Farm, Argyle Highway Department, Black Creek Farm, Skellkill Farm and other numerous places of employment.

Besides his father, Donald is predeceased by his father-in-law, Donald Graham.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 28 years, Christine Mattison, daughter’s, Heather Graham and Samantha Mattison and boyfriend Ryan Hulbert, son, Nathan Mattison and girlfriend, Meghan Kubiak, grandchildren, Olivia Mattison and Jayson Hulbert, two expectant grandchildren, mother, Shirley Mattison, siblings, Dennis, David, Shirley Dewey and husband Ron, Tim, Stanley and wife Sandy, and Mike and wife Kate, Mother in-law Gloria Graham, sister in-laws, Gwen Cameron and husband Mike, and Kim Graham, as well as many extended family members.
