Donna Lee McQuain, 72 of Florida, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at the Venice Regional Bayfront Health in Venice, Florida.
Born on September 30, 1948 in Springfield, VT, she is the daughter of the Helene Miller and the late Allen Brown.
Donna graduated from Schroon Lake High School and went to receive her associate degree at Ulster Community College and her bachelor’s from Castleton State College.
On April 24, 1971, Donna married Roger McQuain.
For 34 years, Donna worked for South Glens Falls School District as a 5th grade teacher, retiring in 2003.
She enjoyed golfing, MahJong and was a member of the Red Herons, AASA.
Left to cherish her memory besides her husband, Roger G. McQuain of North Port, FL. Include her daughter, Dr. Taryn McQuain Bentaous and her husband, Hicham; her siblings, Pat Brown, Susan Goodfellow and her husband, Brett, Allen Brown and his wife, Sara; her nieces, Taylor Hovish, Amanda Puckett.
There will be no local services and burial will be at the convenience of the family in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Argyle.
