Obituary for Elizabeth Marie McDonald (Williams)
FORT EDWARD
Elizabeth Marie McDonald, 85, of Fort Edward, passed away Friday, January 17, 2014.
Born July 3, 1928 she was the daughter of Clinton and Bessie (Pike) Williams.
Elizabeth attended high school in Brooklyn, New York. She married Earl James McDonald on December 10, 1946. Elizabeth was a housewife who especially enjoyed gardening, painting, and ceramics. She was a Master Gardener known for her day lilies.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughters Melissa McDonald and Patricia Ann Maille; her son, Christopher James McDonald; and a sister Patty McPherson.
Survivors besides her husband of 67 years include her daughter Carolyn Pfeiffer, two granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Church, 164 Broadway, Ft. Edward, NY 12828.
The rite of committal will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery at 2:00pm.
