Gerald Scott Wilder, 54, passed away Saturday April 6, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born September 30, 1964 in Glens Falls he was the son of Gerald and Constance (Clute) Wilder.
Scott attended South Glens Falls High School.
He enjoyed landscaping, camping, bonfires, woodworking, working with his hands, painting, the outdoors, fishing, birds, and especially spending time with his dog Jewel.
Left to cherish his memory include his parents, Gerald and Connie Wilder; his children, Joel Wilder and Amber Wilder; brother, John Wilder and his wife Lori; sister, Lynn Campney and her husband William; extended family in Louisiana, Angela, Jared and Ann; ex-wife, Bobbi-Jo Wilder; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and family may call from 1p.m to 2p.m. on Thursday April 11, 2019 at M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home 136 Main St. South Glens Falls, NY 12803.
A memorial service will be held following the calling hours at 2p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff on the oncology wing at Glens Falls Hospital. A very special thank you to the wonderful nurses and staff of the Community Hospice of Saratoga for their loving and compassionate care of Scott.
