Obituary for Ilah Mary Merrill (Bryant)

ARGYLE

Ilah (Bryant) Merrill, 80, passed away on Sunday May 12, 2103 at Glens Falls Hospital.

Born February 16, 1933 in Jonesville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mildred (Coons) Bryant.

Ilah worked for many years as a home health aide and provided private care to many individuals. Most important to her was her family, and she especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening and bird watching and could often be found caring for all the family’s critters.

In addition to her parents, Ilah was predeceased by her husband John Merrill, her son John B. Merrill, and her sister Velma Everts.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Bonnie Bessette and her husband John Grzyboski, her daughter Deana White and her husband Dick, and her son Keith Merrill and his wife Rose. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Zachary White, Cody Merrill, Thor Merrill, and Kendall Grzyboski.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
