Obituary for John Arthur Kelly
GLENS FALLS
John A. Kelly, 50, passed away unexpectedly while working on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Born August 13, 1973, he was the son of Linda (Garvey) Kelly and the late Lawrence “Larry” J. Kelly .
John graduated from Glens Falls High School Class of 1993. He was employed by the Olive Garden for over 20 years. John enjoyed shopping trips, going to the movies, and loved to go to the Washington County Fair. He also enjoyed playing pool. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Linda Kelly, his brother Brian Kelly and his wife Lisa, his nephew Brendan Kelly, his niece Amelia Kelly, his uncle Dave Garvey, his longtime companion Lynne Dumond, as well as many cousins.
Friends may call from 2-4 on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803. A Memorial Service will take place at 4pm following the calling hours with Rev. William Church officiating.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
