Obituary for Jozsef Musztacs

Jozsef Musztacs, 89, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born on January 14, 1932, in Hungary, he was the son of the late Jozsef and Miron (Kontrecz) Musztacs.
He served in the Hungarian Military and was in charge 13 to 27 soldiers during his service.
On Sept. 4, 1960, Jozsef married Marion Signorelli in St. Joseph’s Church, Ronkoma, Long Island. They spent 48 years together until her passing in 2009.
For many years, he worked for St. Mary’s Church in Glens Falls as a custodian.
Jozsef enjoyed traveling, driving, watching TV, horses, fixing things, playing cards. He enjoyed his childhood growing up on a farm.
In addition to his parents and wife, Jozsef was predeceased by his daughters, Marlene Musztacs and Marianne Wesneski.
Left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Darlene Musztacs and Joanne Musztacs; his grandchildren, Amy Nicole Keech, Christine Marie Musztacs and Steven Lee Miner; great grandchildren, Loren, Taylor, Skylar, Ryder, Elana and Lily; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
At the family’s request there will be no calling hours. Burial and services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
