Obituary for Mary Arlene Dutcher (Duell)

Mary Arlene Duell Dutcher, 91, passed away January 30,2023 at Fort Hudson Nursing Center.

Born January 4, 1932 in the Town of Moreau, she was the daughter of the late James and Hazel (Wykes) Duell.
She lived in the Town of Argyle where she graduated from Argyle Central School. In February 1964 she married Kenneth Dutcher Sr.

She retired in 1990 from Queensbury School as a bus driver. From 1994-2008 Mary and Ken lived in Spring Hill, Florida, returning to reside in Queensbury, NY. Mary and Ken enjoyed traveling throughout the United States as well as Europe. Her entire family was very important to her.

In addition to her parents Mary was predeceased by her brothers Charles, Fred, Warren, Jim, Joe, and Dick Duell, and her sisters Hazel Palmer, Nellie Graham, Adelaide Duell, Betty Langworthy, and Ella Eastman, her
stepson Kenneth Dutcher Jr., her son Glenn Henry, and daughter Gail Henry LaCarte.

Left to cherish her memory are her sister Pat Pratt (Ed); her sons P. Gene Henry (Rayna), and Gerald Henry, her daughters Joanne McTiernan (Chip), and M. Genette McCarthy (Tim, as well as 15 grandchildren, several great and great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are in the care of the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
