Maryrose (Bowe) Novack, 89, of South Glens Falls, was called to her heavenly home on Sunday October 14, 2012 with her children by her side.
As the only child of Aylward and Rose Bowe, her greatest ambition was to be a mother to a large family, and she fulfilled that hope by raising four children, and being instrumental in the lives of her grandchildren, great grandchildren and daughters and son-in-law.
She enjoyed attending her family’s sporting events, especially soccer and little league baseball.
She enjoyed time with friends as her house was a popular gathering for her “Garage Gang” in her neighborhood. At least one friend referred to Maryrose as “The Mayor of Pine Road”.
She enjoyed dining out and could often be found at Mr. Bills, The Peppermill or Dunkin Donuts.
Maryrose was a member of St. Michael The Archangel Church in South Glens Falls.
She was predeceased by her parents, husband John A. Novack, her two aunts Anna Lawler and Grace Butler, and a grandson Barret Novack.
She is survived by her four children: Jan (Martie) Novack, Jacqueline (Lester) Kirk, Janine Novack, William (Maryanne) Novack. Grandchildren: Jerry, Peter, Keegan and Cara Novack, and Jennifer Kearney. Great- Grandchildren: Xander, Rori and Adley Novack, Braden and Caleb Kearney; Cousin Pat Blanchfield. Sisters-in-law: Beatrice Sweet and Ethel Gardner.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am Wednesday October 17, 2012 at St. Michael The Archangel Church located at 80 Saratoga Avenue South Glens Falls, NY 12803.
The Rite of Committal will follow at Union Cemetery located in Fort Edward.
Donations in Maryrose’s name may be made to Glens Falls Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired located 144 Ridge Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801.
