Michael “Mikey” J. Young, 67 of Mosher Hill, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023 at the Glens Falls Hospital.ra
Born in Glens Falls on July 29, 1955, he was the son of the late William and Eleanor (Caprood) Young.
Mikey worked at Binch Textiles in Glens Falls. He enjoyed bowling and seeing his friends at Sullivan’s diner in Hudson Falls.
Besides his parents he was also predeceased by his wife Patricia (Gray) as well as a brother, Jimmy Young.
Left to cherish his memory include his brother, John “Jack” Young (Jan) of Franklin, KY; his niece Kelly Ann Irvine (Richard) of Fort Myers, Florida and nephew, Darryl Young (Tonya) of Franklin, KY, as well as his longtime friends, Bobbi Jo & Stephen Bearor of Hudson Falls and their son, Clayton Bearor who referred to him as Uncle Mikey.
At Michael’s request there will be no calling hours or services.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Joseph Cemetery, Fort Edward.
