Monica enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Monica was predeceased by her son, Scott Byers; her step-son, Donald “Rusty” Beaty; her sister, Louise Miclette; her brother-in-law, Duane Turner.

Left to cherish her memory include her husband of 51 years, Don; her children, Michelle (Douglas) Armstrong and Stephen Byers; Wendy (Clement) Mirto, Bonnie Beaty (Kieth Fuss) and John (Rebecca) Beaty. her grandchildren, Jarred Saville, Morganne Saville, Ethan Saville, Brandy Jamieson, Heather Whitpan, Holly Moore, Amanda Buncher, Emily Cantor, Shane Nichlos, Cody Nichlos, many great-grandchildren; her sister, Colette Turner; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
