Norma T. ""Dolly""  Rockwell (Terrio)
GLENS FALLS -

Norma T. “Dolly” Rockwell, 80, of Platt St. passed away peacefully on Friday, March 5, 2010 at The Stanton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her family.

Born May 16, 1929 in Glens Falls she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Regina (Lemery) Terrio.

February 8, 1948 Norma married Clarence Rockwell at St. Alphonsus Church in Glens Falls.

Norma retired from C.R. Bard after over 25 years of service as an assembler.

Family was very dear to Norma’s heart and she always loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Norma was predeceased by her brother John Terrio; sister, Lucille Roberts; and two brothers-in-law, John Crimmins and Fred Roberts.

Survivors besides her husband of 62 years include her three daughters Regina DelSignore and her husband Joseph, Nancy Murphy, and Carol Ferguson and her husband Timothy all of Glens Falls; six grandchildren, Leslie Firth and her husband Patrick of Cicero, NY, Carrie Ann DelSignore and her partner Cate Jenkins of South Glens Falls, Laura and Kristen Murphy of Glens Falls, Erica Ferguson of Saratoga Springs, and Marissa Ferguson of Glens Falls; three great-grandchildren: Joel, Nolan, and Shea Firth all of Cicero, NY; her sister, Dorothy Crimmins of Glens Falls; and her brother, James Terrio of Granville. Norma is also survived by many nieces and nephews; she will be missed greatly by: Gary Roberts and Cathy Crimmins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main St. South Glens Falls, NY 12803 with Rev. Joseph Manerowski, pastor of St. Mary’s Church in Glens Falls, officiating.

Burial will take place at St. Alphonsus Cemetery on Monday, April 19, 2010 at 1pm.
