Born on March 26, 1965 in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Ralph “Moe” and Marion (Hayes) Nolin.

Ralph formerly worked as a heavy equipment operator until a he was hit by another vehicle and most recently for Tri County Cab Co. He was a Boy Scout in his youth and was a member of troop 57 in Hudson Falls, a Son of the American Legion and a former member of the Jury Motorcycle Club. On Sept. 5, 1999 he married the love of his life and soulmate Jo-Anna Center. The couple enjoyed working and volunteering at Elvis Festivals, paying it forward by leaving large tips at restaurants, many motorcycle and car rides, especially during Christmas, looking at holiday lights and even dropping off a donation for the electric bill. He also enjoyed fishing, camping but especially times spent with his family and grandbabies.

Beside his parents, he was also predeceased by his special aunt who he shared her birthday with, Dorothy Nolin and his cousin, Juliet Rachael Bogdanove.

Left to cherish his memory besides his loving wife and soulmate of 20 years include his son, Michael Center, his daughter, Beth Robins; his two grandchildren, Abigale and Behnjamin; his brother, Daniel Nolin (Dolores “Dee”); his sister, Mary Nolin and her son, Luke Graywolf; her grandson, Drezden and several inherited nieces, nephews, brother and sisters-in-law.
