Retha Hill, 58, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Born on January 11, 1964, in Anacortes, WA, she is the daughter of James Ruff of Albany, NY and Linda Keltz of Washington.
Retha graduated from Anacortes High School in Washington. She graduated from Central Washington University with an associate degree.
She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, crocheting, crafting, spending time with friends and family.
Retha is predeceased by her first husband, David Watson.
Left to cherish her memory include her parents, James (Judy) Ruff and Linda (Virgil) Keltz; her children, Zoe Watson, James Hill; her grandchildren, Steve, David, Michael; her siblings, Dawn Baker (Danny Mack), Michael (Ellen) Harker; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At Retha’s request, there will be no calling hours.
Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
