Obituary for Richard James Mulholland
SOUTH GLENS FALLS
Richard J. Mulholland, 61, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Warren Center.
Born October 25, 1962 in Glens Falls, NY, he was the son of the late James Mulholland, and Pamela (Pingrey) Prout.
Richard graduated from South Glens Falls High School, Class of 1981, and was employed in environmental construction at Barbella Environmental. He was also a member of the South Glens Falls Volunteer Fire Company, and the Brooke Volunteer Fire Department in Stafford, Virginia.
Richard liked music and hunting. He could often be found enjoying the company of his dog Maxi. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by many.
In addition to his father, Richard is predeceased by his grandparents, Rosiland and James Mullholland Sr., and Ardeth and Richard Pingrey, as well as his aunts Cheryl Washburn and Janice Pinkowski.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Pamela Prout, his brother Glenn Mulholland, his niece, Ashley Mulholland, his nephews, Kayden Charland and Zach Mulholland (Andrea), his great-nieces and great-nephew, Evelyn Mulholland and Jax Mulholland, and Maliyah Moloney, as well as his great-great niece Onaleigha Moloney.
Arrangements are in the care of the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803.
At the family’s request there will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
