Ricky W. Sousie, 62, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Glens Falls Hospital.

Born July 5, 1959, in Elizabethtown, he was the son of the late Wilford and Betty (Hanson) Sousie.

He graduated from South Glens Falls High School.

Ricky retired from OPWDD after 20 plus years.

He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing in his band Stump St., fishing, yard sales, gardening, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory include his significant other of 20 plus years, Lisa Gregory; 2nd wife, Stephanie Bradley Sousie; his children, Rachel Burke, Rebecca Sousie, Joshua Sousie, Cassandra Sousie, and Alice Sousie; his sisters, Debra Flanders, Cindy Fuller; his brother, Randy Sousie; Ricky and Lisa’s dog, Bravo; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At Ricky’s request there will be no calling hours.

A funeral service will be held on a date to be announced at Pine Knolls Alliance Church.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
