Grandma, I love you and will always love you. Times like this families need to put aside the past squabbles and remember and truly wonderful woman. I can remember when I was younger you scolding me for eating the Rhubarb before you could make a pie out of it. Even as you were getting on to me about eating your Rhubarb, you'd peel and clean the piece I had and give me some more.

I remember you giving me Hot Toddies when I was sick, rather than cough medicine. Even in the past several years you were still always joking and clowning around all the time. I will always regret you were not able to meet my daughter before you passed, but I needed her to get a little older before we tried to make the flight.

Love Chris, Misty and Elianna Carpenter

Dear Mom:
We know you're no longer plagued by pain or disease and that you're with Billy, Uncle Charlie , Jane, Shirley, Grandma, and Skunk. We remember when you flew to South Carolina to go to Chris's wedding and then ride down to Florida with us when we were moving that same day or the next day and how the first thing you wanted to do was go to a dollar store because you said they were all different and then we went to Cocoa Village and you raved about the beautiful flowers. Well we know that there must be beautiful flowers up where you are right now with Billy and Uncle Charlie and someday we'll all get to see you again in the fields of flowers. The first 82 years of your life were action packed and those are the times we remember best.

We love you and miss you,
Barbara and Bob

The memories of my Mother are endless, too many to talk about ,but what stands above all, are thoses memories with mom and the people who were in her life daily all through her 12 year battle with Alzheimers disease. .Jeff and Irma Hamblin, at the very Top of the list. Always there to help, with love and respect." Mom loved you both so much. Thank you.
