Obituary for Sean William Nagy

Argyle, NY and St. Augustine, FL

Sean William Nagy, 24, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022, at his home in Florida.

Born on Jan. 13, 1998, in London, England, he was the son of Trisha Decker.

Sean graduated from North County High School in Glen Burnie, MD in 2017.

He enjoyed playing bocce ball and bowling with the Unified Sports School Program. He also enjoyed camping with Gamma and Gampa, Surfing with SurfQuest, flirting at every chance, listening to music while bouncing in his seat like Tigger, going for walks with Gampa, going on animal adventures around Florida with Mom, Jennifer, and his little adventure buddy Bumper. He especially loved cuddling under quilts made by Gamma with whom he had a very special bond. He was proof that love needed no words as he loved everyone he met and let them know without saying a word.

One of the most memorable trips Sean went on was his Make-A-Wish Trip to San Diego, CA with his Mom, Gamma, Gampa and his Special Home Care Nurse Bert Akuche which everyone will always remember and cherish.

Left to cherish his memory includes his mom, Trisha Decker of St. Augustine, Florida; Gamma and Gampa, Linda and Walter Hanna of Argyle, NY; his uncle, Randy Decker of Easton, MD; his brother, Bill Nagy and wife Katie of Glenside, PA, his sister, Kimberly Hertzell and husband Kenneth of Philadelphia, PA, his sister, Alexis Kitzman and husband Corey of Toms River, NJ, his sister, Alyssa Hayes and husband Scott of Brant Lake, NY, his sister, Mercedes Nagy and significant other Ben of Indian Lake, NY, along with many nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 PM February 16, 2022 at M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 123 Main Street, Argyle, NY 12809. A reception will immediately follow at the J.A. Barkley Firehouse located in Argyle.

Graveside Services will be conducted at 1pm on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at the North Argyle Cemetery.

Memorial donations in Sean’s memory can be made to Glens Falls National Bank, c/o Sean’s Smile, 93 Main Street, Argyle, NY 12809, to help local disabled people in need of assistance.
