Obituary for Shyla Sue Stafford

Shyla Sue Stafford, 27 passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
Born August 12, 1995, in Rutland, VT, she was the daughter of Ginger and the late William M Stafford.
Shyla graduated from Whitehall Jr.-Sr. High School in 2013. She had many interests, including dance class, Girl Scouts, softball, camping with family, fishing, snowmobiling, hanging with friends, going shopping and getting lunch with her mom. Most of all, she loved roofing which was a family tradition side by side with her dad and brother. Shyla absolutely adored her nephew William Russell and niece Sophie Louise.
In addition to her father, Shyla is predeceased by her grandparents; William and Margaret Henry and Edward and Mary-Alice Greenwood, her uncle William Bennett, and her aunt Stella Tupper .
Survivors include her mother Ginger Stafford, her brother William Stafford and wife Caitlin her nephew William and niece Sophie, her aunts and uncles; Betty Ann Bennett of Albany, James Stafford (Deb) of Malta , David Stafford (Nora) of Schenectady, Barbara Manell (Gary) of Whitehall ,and Woody Greenwood (Chris) of Whitehall, as well as several cousins.
Shyla had many friends you could always see her with a smile on her face, and she was the life of the party!
Family and friends may call from 3-5pm on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Following the calling hours, there will be a family gathering to celebrate her life.
