Wendi (Frazier) Shackett, 62, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the Cancer Treatment Center of America in Philadelphia, PA with her family by her side, following a lengthy battle.

Born September 14, 1951, in Orwell, VT, she was the daughter of the late Delbert and Loretta (Barber) Frazier.

Wendi was the manager of a convenience store for 24 years. She enjoyed people and loved spending time with her friends and family. She loved camping, gardening, and anything having to do with the outdoors. Most of all, Wendi will be remembered as being a devoted mother and friend.

In addition to her parents, Wendi is predeceased by her sisters, Loretta Bishop and Maxeda Frazier, and her brother, Gerald Frazier.

Left to cherish Wendi’s memory are her companion of 20 years, Matthew Jones, her children; Doug Shackett and his wife Brenda, Mike Shackett, and Mellisa Barker and her husband Charles, her grandchildren; Justin Shackett, Nicole and Sarah Barker, Wendy Shackett and John Shackett, and Samantha Brown, a great-grandson, Emmitt Barker, her siblings; Bobby Frazier and his wife Bonnie, Joan Ballard and her husband Bill, Chuck Frazier, Karla Debrule, and Karen Frazier, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be conducted at the funeral home at 7pm following calling hours, with Rebecca Endieveri officiating.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
