Condolence From: Aaron Fethke
Condolence: I am happy for you, Grandma. You did well in this world and are now free from pain and in the presence of the glory of God. You're truly home. We all hurt because we will miss you for a brief time, but I now I will see you again. Until then, I will keep my memories of you in my heart. Love, Aaron, Ruth and your three great grandsons, Isaac, Elijah and Luke.

Condolence From: Ruth Q. Fethke
Condolence: Words cannot express my sadness at the passing of Grandma Doris. I feel truly blessed to have been able to attend the family reunion and meet her. I'm more thankful Isaac was able to meet her and listen to hear sing. In the midst of the busy reunion she began to softly and sweetly sing a traditional Swedish song. As an "outsider" I was able too see things clearly. Aside from her medical restrictions .... I saw love. I saw one big beautiful family made up of a lot of smaller families. At the center of it was the tiny little woman who clearly had fulfilled her role as a matriarch and was reaping the rewards of her work. I saw bits and pieces of her scattered around the room and often wonder what trait has she passed on to my lil Fethkes. I hope it's a love for the Lord, love for family and that little smirk I saw ( you know, the one that makes people wonder what you're thinking.). I will not be able to travel to the service but wanted all of you know that I LOVE you all!

Condolence: So sorry hear about the passing of Walter's mom. She had a wonderful full life and you have so many memories that you will always remember. I remember how we always chatted about Doris and my dad and what a wonderful life they led and were amazed at their longevity!
