Condolence: Dear Phyllis and Family,
You know how much we loved him. He was kind. He was discerning. He was cultured. He was mischevious. He was lovely. He was special....he was Alex Torok.
Over the years the four of us spent many a wonderful evening over delicious meals as he reminisced about his life on the Continent, your life together, his children and grandchildren. Raul and he had much in common. Both 'foreigners' in this region, both world-traveled, and both with wonderful wives who love them dearly! ;)
He will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we are so grateful; he made our lives richer for having known and loved him.
Thank you, also, for including us in his last hours. It was an honor to be part of the family.
He's at peace now and, if we know him, probably traveling the globe and meeting up with old friends and family over a fine glass of port, a decadent pate and some ripe cheese.
Our sincerest and deepest condolences to all.
