Condolence: Our sympathies to the Carlson family, particularly Fran. We are sorry it has been so long since we've seen you. Bill and Fran were wonderful friends to the Looker family. They both made a great difference in so many people's lives in many positive ways. We are grateful to have known them. I hope Fran can find comfort in knowing she had a great love that was very special and she and Bill really walked the walk they believed in.

Condolence: I am Fran's cousin and remember attending Fran and Bill's wedding when I was nine year's old. Bill was always a wonderful man - charming, witty, intelligent, caring - he was always great to be around. Even though I didn't see or talk to him often I will miss him.

Condolence: With deepest sympathy to the Carlson family.Caring for Billy gave me the wonderful opportunity to get to know the Carlsons and what beautiful people they were. I will always have fond memories of their visits to MRC and the time they always took to express their appreciation for the staff members. Wonderful people that made the world a better place. Mr. Carlson rest in peace.

Condolence: Bill was a constant in my life for about as far back as I can remember. He and Fran were wonderful friends to my grandparents Frank and Jeanne Looker and were very much like grandparents to me too. When I was a teenager they would always get together with Clara and Eddie Marks and my grandparents and we were always so happy when Billy came over. They were at my wedding and baby showers . I remember buying a used van probably 15 years ago and it was a few streets over from Winnie Rd so I went to their house and asked Bill if he would look at it for me before I bought it. He went over that car with a fine tooth comb and told they man that was selling it that he wanted to make sure I had a safe vehicle..so so sweet. We stopped to see them a few years ago when they were still on Winnie Rd.We went to Wendy's for lunch and Bill insisted on paying and Fran gave my son football cards that had been Billys and he has treasured them ( and he doesn't even like football! Lol)
sending much love ,
Mindy Gleaves Bailey
And the Looker, Beers, Gleaves, Bailey families.

Condolence: I'm very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I worked with Bill in the Lifeline office at Ellis Hospital. He was such a kind and compassionate person. I knew When we had a subscriber that was mad at the world and going through a difficult time, Bill was the installer to send to that persons home. When he left their home they had a smile on their face and they were a little happier. That was the kind of person he was. I enjoyed working with him. I will keep you in my prayers.
