Deborah L. Havens, 53, of Lamplighter Acres passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 25, 2010 at her home.
Born December 3, 1956 in Heidelberg, Germany she was the daughter of Betty (Walkanis) Adams.
Deborah was a gentle and creative person. She enjoyed working clay by hand, throwing her own pots and creating hand sculpted figures. Spending time with her family meant a lot to Deborah, as did going places with her husband Robert and playing with their dog Loki. She enjoyed her grandson very much, even though she spent just a short time with him.
Deborah was preceded in death by her step-father, J.D. Adams and her grandmother, āGā.
Survivors besides her mother, include husband of 15 years, Robert Havens; her daughter, Jennifer Bell and her husband Paul of Jacksonville, Fla.; grandson, Logan Bell of Jacksonville, Fla.; brother, Donnie Johnson and his wife Donna of Portsmouth, Va.; niece and nephew, Lindsay and Jeremy Johnson both of Portsmouth, Va.
