Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Williams can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Ken Wheeler
Condolence: I was saddened to hear of Jim's passing... (Santa Jim, as we knew him). We were neighbors back in the mid 80's when our first daughter was born. Jim was the quintessential Santa Clause complete with real beard and smiling face. Jim was always ready to be "in character". One sunny July morning I was chatting with him outside the grocery store on Broad Street where Glens Falls Toyota is now. As we were talking, a mother with her little girl approach and Jim noticed her eying him. As the little girl passed, not taking her eyes off him, he looked down at her, smiled and quietly said, "have you been a good girl this year?" They stopped and the little girl beamed the biggest grin and nodded… Jim reached into his pocket and pulled out a lollipop and handed it to her… That... was Santa Jim.
