My name is Melinda I'm one of the caregivers from Neighbors of NY who was with Katherine a lot of the time in her recovery stages of when she fell and broke her hip! I'm the one who sat with her at the hospital the last time that she went in for pain, and they realized that she had another fracture on her hip. As she was still in the hospital and waiting to go for rehab i went and visited a couple times as she always asked about me and then she went into rehab! Neighbors always kept me updated on her recovery and when it was time for her to come home and need help again of course she had asked for me to come, that meant so much to me and i just loved being there keeping her company always!! then the last visit she decided she was well enough to be on her own again and i was so happy for her!! I was so blessed to have such a wonderful person to have been able to help her with her recovery and be there when she needed the help!! And of course i will never forget her best friend and one and only companion her beautiful dog!! Now Katherine is with her angels and can spread her wings and fly with them Rest Easy Sweet Angel!!! :(
