The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Frances Carlson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Mrs. Carlson was a lovely woman. She gave me a blueberry bush from her abundant garden. That was almost 20 years ago. It still produces, I was just admiring it yesterday with my best friend. Rest well, Mrs. Carlson. You were a blessed spirit on earth, and you're an angel in Heaven.

My heart felt condolences to the family. Mrs. C was an amazing woman. One I admired, respected and loved. She was so devoted to her son and his friends. Her efforts and kindness brought joy to all of us at Billy's home. The many parties, outings and vacations to Disneyland, Well, Maine, The Canal Cruise that she and Mr. C were a part of was a gift of memories that I cherish. A mom and Grandmother to be proud of. She touched many lives and lives in the hearts of those who knew her. Rest in peace Mrs. C., you earned it, and then some.
